Try to imagine what the world will be like a year from now. If someone had asked you to do this a year ago, would you have ever imagined people everywhere would be wearing masks, afraid of Covid, and that over 500,000 Americans would have died due to a global pandemic, with over 2-million deaths world-wide?
I would like to challenge everyone, especially teachers and their students, to imagine what the world will be like in the future. Will everyone get vaccinated against Covid-19? Will we all be able to return to normal? Or is there now a new normal which shall continue to continue?
Did you know you have the power to change the world, to dream and imagine, and work to make your dreams come true? Yes, what the future will be like is up to you.
Dream of tomorrow and please share your thoughts and dreams. Do you see a world where everyone is still wearing masks, or one where people are free to meet and greet each other without fear of spreading Covid-19? How does the world appear to you in the future? What are your hopes and aspirations?
It is important for students to dream and imagine, and to work to achieve their dreams. It is also important that teachers work to inspire, motivate, and help their students achieve their dreams.
I would love to see many aspiring students getting their letters published, sharing their thoughts and dreams with the community. Good grades and high achievement are important and taking part in your community through creative expression and writing is a way every student can share their dreams and help make the world a better place.
So I wonder, what are you thinking? What are you dreaming? How do you see the world on the next tomorrow?
