“Know that everybody can learn,” advised Cary Richardson. “So often, I feel like people see a student that’s struggling and think that they’ll never amount to anything or can’t do something. Everyone can learn, no matter who it is. They can learn, and they can succeed. It’s just that everybody’s definition of success is different.”
