Miss Taylor Brooke White will become the bride of Phillip Michael Diveley in a Christmas wedding in Fairhope, Alabama.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Toye White and Richard White of Quitman. The bride-groom elect is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Randy Diveley and Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Blackwell of Meridian.
Taylor is the granddaughter of Denece Rozzell and the late Joe Mason, and Lavalle White and the late Mary White of Quitman. Phillip is the grandson of Gerry Davis and the late Bernice Davis, and Mr. and Mrs. Lester Williams and the late Robert Lee Diveley of Meridian.
Taylor, a graduate of Quitman High School, graduated summa cum laude from Mississippi State University with a B.A. Degree in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations and a minor in English. While in college, Taylor was awarded the 2016 NJCAA National Most Improved Player of the Year, played in two national tennis championships, and was chosen 2018 Public Relations Association of Mississippi Student of the Year. She is currently teaching English I at Clarkdale High School.
A graduate of Northeast Lauderdale, Phillip received a B.S. Degree from Mississippi State University in Finance and Risk Management Insurance. Phillip is the owner of Mississippi Insurance Group in Meridian and co-owner of North Hills Car Wash.
The wedding will take place Saturday, December 4, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. at The Balcony in Fairhope, Alabama.
