Tommy Clay Schrimpshire, Sr., 44, of Quitman, Mississippi, passed away on January 15, 2024, at Anderson's Hospital in Meridian, MS.
He was born on November 7, 1979, to John and Shirley (Allen) Schrimpshire in Waynesboro, MS.
Tommy is survived by his son, Tommy Clay Schrimpshire, Jr.; daughter, Anna Michelle Schrimpshire; granddaughter, Makaylin Danyell Schrimpshire; brother, David (Kristal) Schrimpshire; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, cousins, and extended family members.
He was preceded in death by his father, John Franklin Schrimpshire; mother, Shirley Faye Schrimpshire; and a brother, John Wayne Schrimpshire.
Visitation will be held Thursday, January 18, 2024, after 5:00 p.m. at Wright's Funeral Home, Quitman, Mississippi.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 19, 2024, 2:00 p.m. at the State Line Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Jason Castle officiating.
Burial will take place in the State Line Methodist Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Clay Schrimpshire, Adam Schrimpshire, Jonathan Schrimpshire, Matthew Brewer, Michael Smith and David Schrimpshire. Honorary Pallbearers will be David Ivy and Chris Schrimpshire.
