Catherine Sue Guy, 75, of Meridian, Mississippi, passed away on October 10, 2021, at her residence.
She was born on September 4, 1946, to Elmer and Mary (Dearmond) Guy in Laurel, MS.
Catherine is survived by three sons, Carey (Amy) Whitehead, Loye (Diane) Lovette, III, and Scott Sellers; daughter, Anna (Brandon) Smith; two sisters, Linda Cook, and Elmerito M. (Dave) Hannah; six grandchildren, Lori Lovette, Victoria P. Lovette, Katie Ann Craft, Kyliee Lynn Whitehead, Ryliee Whitehead and Heather Boutwell.
She was preceded in death by her father, Elmer Sherman Guy; mother, Mary Evelyn Guy; son, Anthony Todd Whitehead; brother, Anthony Lee Guy; and granddaughter, Constance Elizabeth Whitehead.
Visitation was held Tuesday, October 12, 2021, 12:30 p.m. at Odd Fellows Cemetery, Quitman, MS.
Graveside services were held on Tuesday, October 12, 2021, 1:00 p.m. at the Odd Fellows Cemetery with Rev. Dennis Coats officiating.
Burial took place in the Odd Fellows Cemetery.
