Johnny DeWayne "Worm" Cook, 60, of Shubuta, Mississippi, passed away on March 30, 2021, at his residence.
He was born on August 27, 1960, to Johnny and Sherryl (Long) Cook in Quitman, MS.
He was a loving husband, father and brother who loved spending time with his family.
Johnny is survived by his wife, Sabrina Cook; son, Robert Willis; daughters, Raven Cook, Jodi Cook, Skylar Cook, and Zoey Cook; brothers, Tracy (Sharie) Cook and Stacy (Christi) Cook; sister, Teresa Pitts; step-sister, Kathy (Phillip) Johnson and grandchildren, Kaleb Willis and Kendell Willis.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Johnny and Sherryl Cook.
Visitation was held Friday, April 2, 2021, after 5:00 p.m. at Wright's Funeral Home, Quitman, Mississippi.
Graveside services were held on Saturday, April 3, 2021, 11:00 a.m. at the Smiling C Ranch Cemetery, with Rev. C.A. Farmer officiating.
Burial took place in the Smiling C Ranch Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Peyton Cook, Eric Haney, Dakota Cook, Dusty Cook, Bo Cook, and Billy Ray Pitts. Honorary Pallbearers were Steven Mills, Kaleb Willis, and Kendell Willis.
