Wilma Lucas, 83, of Shubuta, Mississippi, passed away on May 15, 2021, at her residence.
She was born on November 12, 1937, to Lavell and Katie (Hinson) Smith in Meridian, MS.
Wilma is survived by her sons, Larry A. (Kathy) Lucas, and Terry A. Lucas; daughter, Tracey J. (Tom) Parker; five granddaughters, Anna Shea, Sunny, Madeline, Emily, and Erin; eight great-grandchildren; special friends, and caregivers from Wisteria Manor.
She was preceded in death by her father, Lavell Smith; mother, Katie Mae Smith; husband, Alton Lucas.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 18, 2021, 1:30 - 2:00 p.m. at Berea Cemetery. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 18, 2021, 2:00 p.m. at the Berea Cemetery with Rev. Dennis Coats officiating. Burial will take place in the Berea Cemetery.
