Toney Fleming is married to the former Laura Slay. The two have been married for 42 years. They have a son and a daughter. Ther son, Grant Fleming, is married to Holly. The two have three children: Blaine, Ruby, and Hayes. Their daughter, Emily, is married to Matthew Odom. They have two children: Lawrence and Ellen.
Toney was raised on one of the last dairy farms to operate in Clarke County. He served as a County Supervisor for District 5 for 20 years. He was appointed Park Manager for Clarkco State Park in 2016, appointed to Park Administrator Sr. for Central State Parks in 2019, and appointed to Park Operations for Mississippi State Parks in 2023.
He loves the great outdoors and all the great times spent with his family and five grandchildren.
