Edward Scott "Scotty" Morgan, 46, of Bay Springs, Mississippi, passed away on January 10, 2021, at his residence.
He was born on November 14, 1974, in Butler, AL.
He was a member of First Baptist Church of Bay Springs. He was well-known for his love of coon hunting.
Scott is survived by his mother, Sallie Scott Morgan; wife, Martha Anne Kittrell; son, Christopher Collis; step-son, Damion McMullan; brothers, Ronnie Morgan and Andy (Nikki) Morgan; sister, Lucy (Joseph) Lamberth; niece, Peyton Yancey Morgan; nephew, Preston Andrew Morgan, II; and future nephew, Thomas Mack Lamberth.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Wayne Morgan, Sr.; step-father, Johnny Green; paternal grandparents, William Daniel Morgan, Jr. and Lucy Bonita Morgan; and maternal grandparents, James Gerald and Lee Evelyn Scott.
Visitation will be held Saturday, January 16, 2021, after 10:00 a.m. at Wright's Funeral Home, Quitman, Mississippi.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2021, 1:00 p.m. at the Mt. Pisgah Cemetery (Melvin, AL), with Rev. Bob Ramsey and Rev. Thomas Edward Kittrell officiating.
Burial will take place in the Mt. Pisgah Cemetery (Melvin, AL).
