Jennifer Loper, 40, of Quitman, Mississippi, passed away on December 5, 2020, in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. She was born July 15, 1980, to Russell and Kathryn (Mercer) Perkins in Quitman, Mississippi.
Jennifer is survived by her husband, Kevin Loper; mother, Kathryn Perkins; sisters, Jessi Perkins and Kelli (David) McInnis; a niece Ally McInnis; and five stepchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, Russell Perkins; grandparents, Luther and Josephine Mercer and Janette Jacobs; and an infant son Russell Raines.
Memorial services were held Saturday, December 12, 2020, at Harmony Baptist Church with Bro. Terry Irby officiating, followed by graveside at Old Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
