With the potential threat of Hurricane Delta disrupting Friday Night Under the Lights, EHS chose to move the Homecoming contest to Thursday. Coming off a two week break and only four days of practice, the Enterprise Bulldogs racked up 408 yards of total offense as they blanked Mize 38-0 Thursday evening.
Kristian Milsap rushed seven times for 101 yards while Ridge Kidd added two carries for 73 yards and two touchdowns. Junior quarterback Derryon Gray was 3-for-6 passing for 92 yards and a touchdown. Milsap also had a 30-yard touchdown reception. Trace Roy had three points after touchdowns and one field goal.
On defense, Trace Roy and John Campbell had two tackles each while Luke Cochran assisted in four tackles. Ethan Baxley had one solo tackle and three assists. Gavyn Dear and Blake Wilkins assisted with two each on the night.
The 2020 Homecoming Court was presented at halftime. Landry West was crowned the 2020 Homecoming Queen by EHS principal Marlon Brannan.
Enterprise (4-0, 1-0) hosts Taylorsville (4-1) for a 2A Region 5 contest on Friday, October 16th. Kick-off at 7:00 p.m. at L.J. Davis field.
