At this time, a major mantra from 15 Veterans’ organizations is “Honor the Contract” as a war cry against Congressional effort to dilute benefits to those who have served with section 108 of the Take Care of America’s Veterans Act (TCAVA). This section would cut some essential disability benefits for many Veterans.
