In an effort to keep kids and families safe while trick-or-treating, the City of Quitman will make a temporary change to the traffic flow in the Kathy Ave. and Betty Circle neighborhood during Trick-or Treating hours. This change will only be in effect on October 31 during the observed hours for Trick-or-Treating.
