Congratulations to Terry L. Rogers II for receiving the Presidential Scholar’s Award at Tougaloo College for maintaining a cumulative GPA Average of 4.0 at the college Honors Award Convocation on February 28, 2025. Terry is a junior Political Science major at Tougaloo College and a native of Clarke County Mississippi.
