Vernnie Gaye Carroll Morgan, age 83, of Tucker, GA and a native of Quitman, MS passed away December 11, 2015 from congestive heart disease. She was the daughter of Arthur and Delia Carroll, and is survived by her brother Max Carroll of Charlotte, NC, three nephews Jimmy Butters
