NATIONAL SUMMARY
Heavy rain and snow will continue across the West tomorrow
as a strong storm travels eastward across the region.

persist. In the Northwest, snow can mix with rain to start
the day in the lowlands. On the other side of the nation,
another storm will bring rain to much of the Northeast and
mid-Atlantic, while thunderstorms can erupt farther south in
Alabama, Georgia and Florida. Strong winds will develop
