NATIONAL SUMMARY
Rain will spread across a large portion of the East
tomorrow, from the Great Lakes to the mid-Atlantic, as a
storm travels to the northeast. There can be a rumble of
thunder and even small hail in Maryland, eastern
Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey. Additionally,
thunderstorms are likely across portions of New England.
Gusty winds will develop across these regions, with the
strongest winds focusing around the Great Lakes. Meanwhile,
showers will develop from Washington and Idaho to Central
California as another storm remains well off the West Coast.
There can be steadier rain in Northern California and
southwestern Oregon. Much of the Rockies and the center of
the country will remain dry and warm with plenty of
sunshine.
