NATIONAL SUMMARY
Blizzard conditions will affect far eastern Wisconsin and
much of Michigan tomorrow. Farther east, a rapid drop in
temperature will cause the potential for wet roads to become
icy. The rain may briefly end as snow in some locations;
however, accumulations are expected to be minimal. Strong
winds throughout the Great Lakes, Northeast and mid-Atlantic
can cause power outages and will present a blowover risk to
high-profile vehicles. The highest winds are expected in
southwestern Michigan, upstate New York and northern New
England. In the Pacific Northwest, freezing rain will create
dangerous travel and may cause spotty power outages. The air
will be warm enough for rain at the immediate coast. Snow is
