NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Under the provisions of Section 27-105-305, Miss. Code Ann. (1972), sealed bids will be received by the Board of Trustees of Enterprise School District, Clarke County, Mississippi in the office of the Superintendent of said District in Enterprise, Mississippi, up to the hour of 10:00 a.m. June 8, 2026 from financial institutions in Clarke County, Mississippi, whose accounts are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation for the privilege of keeping Enterprise School District school funds or any part thereof for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2027.
All such funds shall bear interest in the future and the bidder shall designate the interest rate it will pay and the kind of security it will pledge for the privilege of keeping said funds. Before bids are submitted, full information relative to the bidding, specifications and the forms on which the bids shall be made shall be obtained from the office of the Superintendent of said District in Enterprise, Mississippi. No bids will be received except on bid forms as promulgated by the Board of Trustees of Enterprise School District, Clarke County, Mississippi.
The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to determine the financial institution or institutions proposing the best terms, having in view the safety of such funds and the terms made with each depository shall remain in force for the period aforesaid.
