NOTICE OF HEARING
ON ABANDONMENT OF A SECTION
OF COUNTY ROAD 612
The Board of Supervisors of Clarke County, Mississippi, is considering abandoning that portion of County Road 612 lying between the Chickasawhay River and Highway 510 (approx. 0.663 M) which has not been maintained as part of the County Road System for more than ten (10) years and is believed to have been closed by prior Board action in 2002.
Pursuant to § 65-7-121 Miss. Code Ann. (Rev. 2021) the Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing on July 7, 2025, beginning at 10:00 a.m. to consider abandonment of such section County Road 612.
