NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR SEALED BIDS
The City of Quitman will accept sealed bids until 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 18, 2026, in the board room at City Hall at 105 E. Church Street, Quitman, Mississippi, 39355, at which time the sealed bids will be opened.
Bids must be submitted in the office of the City Clerk at the above address in a sealed envelope clearly marked as “Bid for Real Property PPIN# 4939”. Bids shall be a Lump Sum amount for whole property.
The real property is described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at the Southwest ¼ of Northeast ¼ and Northwest ¼ of Southeast ¼ of Section 22, Township 1 North, Range 17 East. Clarke County, Mississippi. Containing 40 acres more or less.
All mineral rights shall be reserved along with the right of ingress and egress to remove same.
The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
