Margarette Seale, 83, of Quitman, Mississippi, passed away on December 28, 2021, at Anderson's Hospital. She was born on November 1, 1938, to Orville and Gladys (Thacker) Stafford in Roosevelt, OK.
Margarette was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who loved working beside her husband as a minister's wife. She served faithfully for over 50 years as church pianist, Sunday School teacher, and servant to all of her church family.
Margarette is survived by her two daughters, Glenda S. (Brooks) Dobbins and Patsy S. (Lynn) Todd; three sisters, Frances Cook, Wanda Bishop, and Winona Grisham; six grandchildren, Ashley (Will) Wilkerson, Anna (Matt) Griffin, Wesley (Evelyn) Watkins, Adam (Rebecca) Watkins, Tyler (Shelby) Todd, and Janna Todd; nine great-grandchildren, Avery Wilkerson, Sadie Wilkerson, Luke Griffin, Emily Watkins, Kaitlyn Watkins, Hannah Watkins, Caroline Watkins, Rylen, and Adeline Todd.
She was preceded in death by her father, Orville Stafford; mother, Gladys Stafford; husband, Rev. James Seale; daughter, Janice Seale Watkins; two brothers, Earl Stafford and Winfred Stafford.
Visitation will be held Friday, December 31, 2021, 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at Wright's Funeral Home, Quitman, Mississippi.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 31, 2021, 1:00 p.m. at the Wright's Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. C.A. Farmer, Rev. Richard Coats and Rev. Will Wilkerson officiating. Burial will take place in the Archusa Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Wes Watkins, Adam Watkins, Tyler Todd, Will Wilkerson, Lynn Todd and Brooks Dobbins.
