Mrs. Carol Ann Mosley, 68, a resident of Shubuta, MS, passed from this life on Wednesday, December 28, 2016, at University Medical Center in Jackson.
She was born in Mississippi on Monday, October 18, 1948, to Mr. James Ernest Lott and Mrs. Rachel Lott. She was a member of Corinth Assembly of God Church and was retired as a school bus driver.
Mrs. Mosley is preceded in death by her husband, Lester R. Mosley; mother, Rachel Lott; father, James Ernest Lott.
She is survived by her two sons, Johnny Mosley of Shubuta, James Mosley (Theola) of Carmichael; daughter, Tammy Pitts (John) of Quitman; brother, Paul Lott of Maryland; two sisters, Nancy Ates of Lucedale, Betty Hill of Escatawpa; four grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation for Mrs. Mosley will be held from 5:00-9:00 PM, Friday, December 30, 2016, in the Parlor of Freeman Funeral Home in Waynesboro. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, December 31, at the Corinth Assembly of God Church in Clarke County with Rev. Doug Manning officiating. Interment will be in Goodwater Cemetery in Clarke County.
