Doris Lamerle Sisson, 83, of Crossett, Arkansas passed away on October 12, 2016 at her residence.
She was born on January 31, 1933 to James and Floella (Kennedy) Lewis in Clarke County, MS.
Doris is survived by her husband, Fred Sisson; son, Donald (Krista) Sisson; daughter, Susan Sisson; brothers, James Lewis and Roy Lewis; sisters, Louise Wise, Mary Katherine Boone, and Alice Ruth Sox; grandchildren, Jared Sisson and Amber Sisson.
Visitation will be held Friday, October 14, 2016, after 5:00 pm at Wright's Funeral Home, Quitman, Mississippi.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 15, 2016, 10:00 am at the Wright's Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Bo Bankston officiating.
Burial will take place in the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery (Quitman).
