Easter Myrlean Davis, 93, of Marion, passed away on August 3, 2016 at Specialty Hospital in Meridian.
She was born on March 28, 1923 to Emmitt and Evie (Flowers) Wright in Battle, MS.
Mrs. Davis is survived by daughter, June (Ronnie) Thomas; son, Jimmy (Sharon) Davis; 6 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James H. Davis; parents, Emmitt and Evie Wright; and brothers and sisters.
Visitation will be held Friday, August 5, 2016, 5:00 pm at Wright's Funeral Home, Quitman, Mississippi and Saturday, August 6, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at East Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 6, 2016, 11:00 am at the East Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. Burial will take place in the East Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Jimmy Davis, John Davis, Marcus Davis, Josh Gunter, Josh Thomas, and Scott Thomas.
