Faye McCarra, 87, of Quitman, Mississippi, passed away on June 7, 2020, at Poplar Springs Nursing Center.
She was born on August 9, 1932, to Moody and Cora (Taylor) Belcher in Stonewall, MS.
Faye is survived by her son, Kevin (Debbie) McCarra; daughters, Joan (Dale) Mercer, Vickie (Ronald) Heathcock and Candy (Steve) Peebles; 11 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bernice McCarra; parents, Moody and Cora Belcher; brothers, Bivin Belcher and Jim Belcher; and sisters, Dean Hegwood and Annelle Overby.
A private family graveside service was held on Tuesday, June 9, 2020, at the Hebron Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Jim Hill officiating.
Burial took place in the Hebron Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery.
