Janet Kathleen Felter, 75, of Quitman, MS, passed away on January 15, 2017 at H. C. Watkins Memorial Hospital. She was born on June 5, 1941 to William and Kathleen (Schoenlever) Felter in Suffern, NY. Janet worked at Quitman Knitting Mills for 24 years.
She is survived by her mother, Kathleen Krawcyk; brothers, Edward Krawcyk and William (Bill) Felter; sisters, Carol (Bobby) Noha and Ruth Schadt and Numerous nieces and nephews.
Janet was preceded in death by her father, William Felter, Sr.; sister, Beverly Leinweber; and step-father, Edward Krawcyk.
Visitation was held Wednesday, January 18, 2017, 10:30 - 11:00 am at Hebron Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery, Quitman.
Graveside services were held on Wednesday, January 18, 11:00 am at the Hebron Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery, with Rev. Dennis Coats and Rev. Leon Parnell officiating.
