Marvelle Martin, 88, of Brandon, MS, passed away on February 1, 2016, at her residence.
Marvelle is survived by her children, Mona Martin, Michael (Evelyn) Martin, James Martin, Larry Martin, Jeffrey (Kathy) Martin, and Judy Masoner; 10 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild; sisters, Kathy Smith, Mildred Herrington, and Faye Ferguson; and longtime special family friend, Edna Fiepke.
She was preceded in death by father, Oliver Smith; mother, Mona Smith Troxell; brother, Robert Smith and sister, Mary Jo Smith.
Visitation was held Tuesday, February 2, 2016, 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Wright's Funeral Home, Quitman, MS.
Graveside services were held on Wednesday, February 3, 2016, 11:00 am at the Stonewall Cemetery with Rev. Nick Ulmer officiating.
