Mr. Gerald L. "Curly" Williams, 67, a resident of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life on Sunday, June 26, 2016 in Waynesboro. He was born on Sunday, November 21, 1948 in Quitman to Mr. Ralph Lee and Mrs. Oliva Jane Williams. He served in the United States Army, was a member of Wayne Haven United Methodist Church, and was employed with S&W Lumber Company.
Mr. Williams is preceded in death by his mother, Olivia Jane Williams; father, Ralph Lee Williams; sister, Sara Williamson. He is survived by his wife, Karen S. Williams of Waynesboro; son, Ben Williams and wife Amy of Hattiesburg; 2 daughters, Claire Williams of Chicago, IL, Courtney Robertson and husband Bradley of Mobile, AL; 4 brothers, Jimmy Williams, Bobby Williams, Johnny Williams and wife Faye, Willie Williams and wife Martha all of Quitman; mother-in-law, Nellie Stanley; father-in-law, Kenneth Stanley; 2 brother-in-law’s, Keith Stanley and wife Tanya, Kevan Stanley and wife Cindy; 7 grandchildren, Carter Cochran, Marley Williams, Juliette Pacific, William Robertson, Cain Markevicious, Rowan Williams, Maeve Robertson.
Visitation for Mr. Williams will be held from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM, Thursday, June 30, 2016 in the Wayne Haven United Methodist Church in Wayne County. Memorial Services will be held at 11:30 AM Thursday, June 30, 2016 from the Wayne Haven United Methodist Church in Wayne County with Rev. Gene Vance, Rev. Tom Walker, and Rev. Ron Stanley officiating.
