Richard C. Spencer, 76, of Bensalem, PA, died October 17, 2019, at RWJH, New Brunswick. He was born in Pachuta, MS, and is a retiree of Chanel, Inc., Piscataway, NJ.
Spencer is predeceased by a sister, Kate Spencer.
Surviving are his five children, Richard Manego of New Orleans, Hyscent Sheild-Tugo of Long Beach, CA, Vanessa Spencer Alexander of Elk Grove, CA, Michelle Drayton-Sanders of No. Dekalb, IL, and Kelly D. Collier of Largo, MD; seven grandchildren, one great grandchild, one sister, Rosie M. Sanders of New Brunswick; and one brother, Ned Spencer of New Orleans.
Viewing is from 10-11 a.m., Thurs., Oct. 24, at Emmanuel Tabernacle Baptist Apostolic Faith Church, 127 Coddington Ave., Somerset. Funeral Service will follow at 11 a.m. Arrangements are by Anderson Funeral Service, New Brunswick.
