Richard Keith Jenkins Sr., 50, of Meridian, MS, passed away on December 3, 2015, at Rush Hospital.
He was born on February 25, 1965, to Walter and Lorraine (Scarabin) Jenkins in Quitman, MS.
He was a loving father and grandfather.
Richard is survived by his sons, David Allen Walter Jenkins, Richard K. Jenkins, II, Steven McGrew, and Brian Underwood; five grandchildren, Adelyn Jenkins, Raylan Jenkins, Hailey Davenport, Miya Stringfellow, and Lyric Stringfellow; brother, Jerry Jenkins and sister, Shelia Ann Jenkins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Lorraine B. Jenkins and brother, Greg Allen Jenkins.
Visitation was held Monday, December 7, 2015, 5:00 pm at Wright's Funeral Home, Quitman, MS.
Graveside services were held on Tuesday, December 8, 2015, 2:00 pm at the Ford Memorial Gardens with Rev. Macon Phillips officiating.
