With National Collection Week quickly approaching and shopping beginning, here are a list of suggestions for your shoebox gift:
1. Girls – doll, stuffed animal, comb or brush, washcloth, notebook, crayons, hair accessories, playdough, or stickers
2. Boys – small toys, comb, fishing kit, crayons and notebook, playdough, ball, yo-yo, or toothbrush
Remember that National Collection Week is November 18-25 at First Baptist Church in Quitman. The dates of collection are as follows:
1. November 18 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
2. November 19 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
3. November 20 from 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
4. November 21 from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
5. November 22 from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
6. November 23 from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
7. November 24 from 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
8. November 25 from 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
