Peter Rickey Busby, 71, of Quitman, Mississippi, passed away on June 26, 2024, at his residence.
He was born on October 20, 1952, to William and Alberta (Southern) Busby in Quitman, MS.
Peter is survived by his wife, Diane Busby; sons, Jody (Angel) Busby, Kyle Busby, and Matthew Mason; daughters, Marcie (Steven) Nazel, Melissa (John) Taylor, and Malynda Mason; nine grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his father, William H Busby and mother, Alberta Busby.
Visitation will be held Friday, June 28, 2024, 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at Northrup Chapel Baptist Church, Quitman, Mississippi.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 28, 2024, 12:00 p.m. at the Northrup Chapel Baptist Church with Rev. Dewayne Robinson, Rev. Ray Smith and Rev. Perry Smith officiating.
Burial will take place in the Covington Cemetery.
