In the Matter of Public Hearing
on Proposed Comprehensive Zoning Map
The Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Quitman, Mississippi, give notice that a public hearing will be held at 9:45 a.m. on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at Quitman City Hall located at 105 East Church Street, Quitman, MS 39355. The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments from the public on the proposed comprehensive zoning map. All citizens and interested parties are invited to attend and make comments and shall have an opportunity to be heard. A draft of the comprehensive zoning map will be available for review at City Hall during regular business hours before the hearing. Those unable to attend may also send written comments to the City Clerk’s office.
This order shall be published in Clarke County Tribune.
