TGP, a Kinder Morgan, Inc. company, is an interstate natural gas transmission pipeline company that has been in operation since 1943. Its principal office is located at 1001 Louisiana Street, Houston, Texas 77002.
On June 30, 2025, TGP filed an application seeking the issuance of a certificate of public convenience and necessity (“Application”) with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“Commission” or “FERC”) for the Project. The Commission assigned Docket No. CP25-514-000 to the certificate proceeding.

Appurtenant facilities, including mainline valves, cathodic protection, and pig facilities through the Project area.
Please see the map included in this notice for the location of the proposed Project facilities.
TGP is requesting that the Commission issue an order granting the requested authorizations by July 1, 2026. The issuance of the requested authorizations by that date will allow TGP to complete and place the Project facilities in-service no later than November 1, 2028, which is the requested in-service date for the facilities as set forth in the binding precedent agreements providing the market support for the Project.
During construction, restoration, and mitigation activities for the Project, TGP will follow the Commission’s Upland Erosion Control, Revegetation and Maintenance Plan (May 2013 version) and the Commission’s Wetland and Waterbody Construction and Mitigation Procedures (May 2013 version), with approved deviations.
