PUBLIC NOTICE
To all owners of, and persons interested in the Matt Eddins No. 28-13 Well and
the Matt Eddins 29-16 No. 1 Well in Barnett Field, Clarke County, Mississippi:
Take notice that Infield Discovery, LLC has filed a petition in this docket
requesting that this Board enter an order granting an extension of inactive well status
for the above-referenced wells. Said Petition will be heard by this Board at 9 a.m. on
August 20, 2025, in Suite E, 500 Greymont Avenue, Jackson, Mississippi 39202, at
which time and place all interested parties may appear and contest said matter. A
copy of said Petition and documents filed therewith are on file in the office of this
Board and may be there examined by any person interested.
If you intend to contest the docket or request a continuance you must notify
the Board and the petitioner's representative of your intention in writing not later
than 5 p.m. on August 12, 2025. Failure to so notify the Board and the petitioner's
representative shall be a waiver of your right to contest or request a continuance.
You are advised that the Board may adopt orders concerning a petition which
may differ from the relief requested by Petitioner and the Board will enter such order
or orders as in its judgment may be appropriate in accordance with the evidence
presented.
