Clarke Communities II, LP will be applying to the Mississippi Home Corporation for Housing Tax Credits in its 2025 Application Cycle for an award of housing tax credits to fund the acquisition and rehabilitation of Clarke Communities – Pachuta Apartments, a multifamily housing property located at 40 Fisher Street, Pachuta, MS 39347; Shubuta Apartments, a multifamily housing property located at 125 Sage Street, Shubuta, MS 39360; and Stonewall Apartments, a multifamily housing property located at 158 Woodland Drive, Stonewall, MS 39363.
