You have been made a Defendant in a Motion filed in this Court by Brenda Carroll (Fagan) Robinson, Administratrix, in the Estate of Imogene C. Carroll, seeking a determination of heirship of Imogene C. Carroll, deceased and Annie Lee Hobbs Werner, deceased.
