The multipurpose building was bustling with activity on Saturday, January 3, with the annual Rabbit Show.
Overall, the show was a success as nine kids participated and showed a total of 30 rabbits to the judges.
“The show was a great success!” exclaimed Clarke County Rabbit Superintendent Heather Grantham. “We had a great turn out to support our kids. Quitman Storage was our sponsor for our show this year. We did one big show with all 30 rabbits and a second show with just county raised rabbits with about 10 in that show. Thomas Allen was our breeding judge, and Mrs. Sandra Parker was our showmanship judge. Our next annual event will be a Breakfast and pictures with bunnies. We will have vendors also this year at the event.”
