Radie Joyce Sheely Hyatt, 86, of Meridian, Mississippi, passed away on June 2, 2021, at her residence.
She was born on June 5, 1934,to Edward and Eula Craig (Hughes) Sheely in Meridian, MS.
Joyce is survived by her daughter, Deborah J. Madison; son, Stanley E. Lee; daughter, Anita L. (Gene) Tolbird; step-daughter, Shelia (Daryl) McCraney; step-daughter, Shirley Knight; step-son, Allen (Kathy) Hyatt; brother, Edward N. (Emily) Sheely, Jr.; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and extended family members.
She was preceded in death by her father, Edward N. Sheely, Sr.; mother, Eula Craig Sheely; beloved husband, George Willie Hyatt.
Visitation was held Friday, June 4, 2021, 12:30 p.m. at Wright's Funeral Home, Quitman, Mississippi.
Funeral services were held on Friday, June 4, 2021, 1:30 p.m. at the Wright's Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Pam Randall officiating.
Burial took place in the Forest Lawn Cemetery, in Meridian, MS, with a graveside service beginning at 3:00 p.m.
