Quitman High School Pop Rally

Quitman High School decided to help pep up and inspire its students for the testing season by hosting a pep rally to honor its students who made the grades to make honor roll and had perfect attendance in the third nine weeks. Each student received a bag of popcorn as they entered the gym for the “pop rally” event.

Panthers Win Back to Back District Games, Securing Playoffs

The Quitman Panthers secured the playoffs for the first time in nine years after Monday night’s win at home field scoring 10-0 against Richland. The Panthers are 13-9 this season according to Head Coach Eric Johnson.

QHS Chorus Earns Superior and Excellent Ratings

Friday, March 11, 2022, the Quitman High School Chorus participated in the MS Music Educators Association and MS High School Activities Association State Performance Assessment. QHS entered two choirs: Mixed Choir made up of male and female voices and Girls Choir.
