Miller signs with ECCC

Congratulations to QHS senior Jesse Miller! She signed to play softball with ECCC next year. Jesse has been playing softball for Quitman since she was in 7th grade and soccer since she was in 9th grade. Active in many different student organizations, Jesse is a member of HOSA, Beta club, FBLA, NHS, NTHS, and on the leadership team in FCA.

Bostic Signs Letter of Intent

Congratulations to Quitman Senior Dacia Bostic for signing to play with Jones next year. In her five years playing for the Lady Panthers, Dacia has been outstanding. Dacia has been District best offensive player in 10th grade and District MVP in 11th grade. She was All District her 9th, 10th, and 11th grade years.

Ole Miss defeated LSU, 31-17, this past Saturday and moved up to No. 9 in the AP College Football poll this week. Ole Miss (6-1, 3-1) used an ever improving defense and a solid ground game to take down LSU for the first time since 2015. This week the schedule is no easier as the Rebels will visit No. 21 Auburn.
