The Enterprise Bulldogs capped off the regular season with a road trip to the Forest Bearcats Thursday night.
The game kicked off with a bang as Junior Zee Sims broke up the middle for a touchdown and successful PAT. Forest responded back immediately on the next drive with a 65 yard touchdown, but the PAT was blocked. The first quarter ended with Enterprise taking a 7-6 lead.
The second quarter opened up with a Junior Jackrius Pickens touchdown on second and goal with a good PAT. Extending the 13-6 Bulldog lead, Zee Sims rushed to the outside for a touchdown and good PAT. The first half came to a close with Enterprise leading 21-6 over the Bearcats.
The third quarter stayed silent until Zee Sims fought his way for yet another touchdown and good PAT. The Bulldogs entered the fourth with a strong 28-6 lead.
The fourth quarter was capped off with a final touchdown from Zee Sims but missed PAT. Enterprise walked away with a dominant 34-6 win on the road.
The Bulldogs took care of business and will finish the regular season with an 8-2 record, and 3-2 record in district. Enterprise finished second in district and will host the 6-4 Magee Trojans on Friday night for round one of the playoffs at 7:00 p.m. Go Dawgs!
