You are summoned to appear and defend against a Petition for Termination of Parental Rights of Samantha Holloman and Montgomery Mitchell of minor Child KJM born to Samantha Holloman, born April 3, 2013. Said custody action shall take place at 8:45 A.M., on the 17th day of April, 2025, in the courtroom of the Clarke County Courthouse, Quitman, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for things demanded in the Petition.
