You have been made a Defendant in this suit filed in the Circuit Court of Clarke County, Mississippi, by Plaintiff 21st Mortgage Corporation, seeking a judicial determination that Plaintiff is entitled to possession of a 2017 Cappaert, model no. 130 manufactured home with serial no. CHVM32038.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the petition filed against you in this action at 11:00 a.m. on the 28th day of April, 2025, in the courtroom of the Honorable Charles W. Wright, Jr. at the Clarke County Courthouse, Quitman, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
