TO: The known and unknown heirs-at-law of Alice R. Dean Brashier, deceased, if any.
You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Ralph C. Brashier, Jr., seeking to have Lura L. Brashier Bond and Ralph C. Brashier, Jr., established as the sole and only heirs-at-law of Alice R. Dean Brashier, deceased.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the petition filed against you in this matter at 8:45 a.m. on the 10th day of June, 2025, in the Chancery Courtroom of the Clarke County Courthouse in Quitman, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
