You have been named as the father of Latravious Jones and been made a Respondent in the Petition for Authority to Compromise and Settle Disputed Claim of Latravious Jones, a Minor in this Court by Petitioner, Sabrina Jones.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition for Authority to Compromise and Settle a Doubtful and Disputed Claim of Latravious Jones, a Minor in this action at 8:45 AM on the 29th day of July, 2025, in the courtroom of the Clarke County Chancery Court, at the Clarke County Courthouse located in Quitman, Mississippi, and in the case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition to Settle.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleadings but you may do so if you desire.
