You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Lora V. Robinson, in her capacity as Administratrix of the Estate of Christopher Robinson, deceased Plaintiff seeking for Motion for Authority and Direction to Sell Real Property and Pay Real Estate Probated Claim.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the petition filed against you in his action at 8:45 a.m. on the 17th day of September 2025, in the courtroom of the Clarke County Chancery Courthouse in Quitman, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the things demanded in he petition.
