You have been made a Respondent in the Petition filed in this Court by the Petitioners seeking terminate of your parental rights of a minor child L.F.T. (born July, 2015) and a minor child G.W.F. (born February, 2017) born unto Dusty Allison Atkinson and Jeremy W. Ford.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said Petition for Termination of Parental Rights at 8:45 o’clock A.M. on the 3rd day of February, 2026, in the courtroom of the Clarke County Chancery Courthouse at Quitman, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the complaint or petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
