TO: The unknown heirs-at-law of Tommy Clay Schrimpshire, Sr., deceased, whose post office address and street address are unknown after diligent search and inquiry to ascertain same.
You have been made a Defendant in a Motion filed in this Court by Tommy Clay Schrimpshire, Jr., seeking a determination of heirship of Tommy Clay Schrimpshire, Sr., deceased. The known heirs-at-law have joined in the Motion to Determine Heirship.
You are summoned to appear and defend the Motion filed against you in this action at
8:45 o’clock a.m.. on the 9th day of February 2026 in the courtroom of the Clarke County Courthouse, the City of Quitman, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a Judgment will be entered against you for the things demanded in the Motion.
You are not required to file and answer or other pleadings, but you may do so if you desire.
